Search functionality - GEDI?

Hi,

is it possible to use the search functionality of the GEDI (pattern search in libraries, scripts, panels) in own scripts?
I don't need the panel or the function to be readable but the function call would be very helpful.

Why I need this functionality: I want to cleanup my message catalogue and check which message keys are still in use and which can be deleted.

You cannot use the search function of the GEDI in your scripts.
Probably you can build your own search function. The panel para/dpRename_Xref.pnl can maybe used as template to find textes in panels/scripts.
