Bacnet Engineering Explorer problems

Hello,
we are experiencing problems Browsing devices in BacNet. We have a server running WinCC_OA 3.16 P11 and a laptop running WinCC_OA 3.16 P07. Both are connected exactly the same way on the network. The server OS is RedHAT 7 the laptop Centos 7 .
We can browse and download devices using the laptop , we cannot do the same with the Server. The server does. not find anything.
However once we import the devices in the laptop, and transfer the project from the laptop to the server, the server is able to communicate regularly with the devices.

Is something changed between patch 7 and 11 ? Both computers have access to the network in exactly the same way (we tested in many ways).

There have some changes in P009 for BACnet. I didn't check if these changes are related to the browsing functionality.
We suggest to install the newest patch P017 and check afterwards if it works.
