3.20 alias/comment ascii export from start time

Hello everyone,

I'm testing the 3.20 P003, and i'm having an unexpected behaivor with the ascii manager export.


If u tries to export datapoints that contains descriptions but not alias, if u check both 'aliases and comments (A)' filter and 'Start export from' time setting, the export file is not generated and a message log appears: WCCOAasciiSQLite_log:WCCOAasciiSQLite: cannot get change time for alias 411, 1

I searched about this in the documentation but i dind't find anything. Anyone with the same problem? This behaivor doesn't occurs in previous versions like 3.17 where SQLite is not implemented, and it's not mandatory to have alias to be able to export description with a time export from.

I was able to reproduce the described behavior (in 3.19.17 and 3.20.3) and will therefore forward this issue to our developers for further analysis.
