WebClient drops the connection

Post by vladimir »

Hello!

There is server pair with 201 UI clients license (please, see attach etm_CMcont.jpg). WinCCOA 3-17P014
Problem is that number of connected clients is less than 60 (usually is 53-57). When number of client is 53 - 57 next client get an error (Connection from... expired, see attach etm_ClientError.jpg)

Log from CodeMeter - etm_CMlog.log

Datapoints _Ui_NNN is created from 1 to 250.

There is some another limits?

If a UI cannot establish the connection please check the log files of the redundant servers and the machine where the client is started.
Also please check the CPU load and memory usage at the servers. Possibly due to the high number of already connected UI managers the system load is too high.

Hello!

We are checked log-files, system load(CPU, memory). No errors in logs, no overload.
We did not find any regularity in the repetition of the error.

It was found that this happens when the number of clients is more than 53-55. We carried out a test - we launched about 120 clients, while every 2nd or 3rd launch failed.

There is much more detailed information necessary to detect the cause for the behaviour.
If you need further assistance please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support.
