I saw the "Whitepaper WinCC OA Patch Upgrade Mechanism for redundant projects" in the download section. It is very nice, thank you.
Is it really valid for the v3.17 with NGA? Will there be another whitepaper for NGA?

No, this does not yet include NGA.

Edit:
We decided to move that information to the product help with a higher priority (including NGA).
Therefore we removed the WP from the download section.
