The pmon show the following message "Blocking manager WCOAS7plus (1) detected. No hartbeat since 30 seconds"
Can anyone tell me what could be the cause of this problem.
It occurs on a "production" system and hence I need an answer rather urgently. The same application was tested before on another server and that one is still up and running properly. Therefore I assume that something has changed on the OS level in terms of file access and or firewall settngs, but I really don't know what to look for.
The log message written by the process monitor is just the information that the alive counter in the shared memory of the process monitor was not updated by the S7+ driver.
Do you see log messages that the S7+ driver is not blocking any more?
Are there any other log messages related to the S7+ driver in the same period of time?
Which WinCC OA version are you using?
