Trying to hide minimize and maximize buttons

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to hide the minimize and maximize buttons in a child panel. I'm using the code below but the panel will always briefly blink.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this.

The code itself works fine. I just want to get rid of the blink

Hi Frenk,

Why do you need to stop the panel from being updated? windowFlags is working fine for me without any changes to updatesEnabled property and I think that is what causes the panel to blink.
