where I can find the ProgID of OPC Serve, I want to know ProgID of RSLink OPC Server.

The panel for creating a new opc server shows the installed opc server(s) and the ProgID(s).

Normally the vendor of the OPC server should be able to give you the information for the ProgID of the OPC server.
You can also search at the Windows Registry for the ProgID of installed components.
