TopAce presented during the WinCC OA Userdays 2018

TopAce

The first step in producing good scripting code, is taking measurements and realising where you stand. Do you know, right now, how much lines of script code your realized in your scripts, libraries and panels? Do you know how much comment has been added and do you have any idea about the complexity.
The TopAce tool, and its sample project, is just a simple demonstration and hopefully enough to motivate you. Of course, there are many advanced software metrics around that might help you. Let the simple metrics demonstrated by TopAce give you a first impression and maybe/hopefully inspire you to add additional checks.
Share, change and use this tool (and its script code) as much as you want ! Stepping up in quality can start with these first simple measurements.

Couldn't make it to the User Days this year (unfortunately! Someone has to do the real work, of course), but working with Frenk, luckily we have been able to see the tool in real life already! I am sure the tool is a great head start of better insights to coding a solid project. Of course, I am quite curious what further suggestions fellow-coders can come up with! Keep us posted.
