Mobile UI on mobile for WinCCOA 3.15

Hello.
I have an other problem with mobile UI on iPhone and iPad devices.
For some reason the shortcuts of my project that i have made in the mobile app are lost.
Is there any known bug??

Hello,
there was a known problem which was coming within 3.16.0.
If ever this version was installed from the AppStore before on your device (maybe automatically), all saved projects (you mean shortcuts) are gone.
Did you do a version upgrade?
Currently it shouldn't be that case, because now in the AppStore only 3.16.2 is available and the problem was corrected already.

Hello,

My project version is 3.15 P07, my client have made an upgrade to his iPad and IPhone (automatically done) and then he add the project again to his app.
After 2 days project is lost without any reason (for example an upgrade) and this happens all the time.
