ComManager-Object under Win7x64 with Excel x86

Hello,
I want to use the ComManager-Object from within Excel 2003 but I can't get it to run on Win7 64bit. It works fine from WinXP x86 and it works fine with an x64 vbs script on Win7 x64, but not with an 32 bit application on Win7. What can I do to register the 32-bit-version of the COM-DLL on Win7 x64?? I know which version of regserver I should use and I tried a lot, but I don't know what's going wrong.

can please someone from ETM test this and tell me if it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong?
