Install WinCC AO on Win7 32 bits

Hi,

I spent a lot of time to try to install WinCC OA 3.10 on Win 7 32 bits.
there's a lot of setup.exe on CD but any of them works correctly.
i read the ReadMe_win.txt (the first part is in German then I find the english part). it's not very clear on how to proceed.

finally, I have launch the install with command line with the argument i found on error message when i launch setup.exe directly

[drive]:\\msi\\setup.exe /L1033

with this command line, the install work correctly.

now, i'm fighting to create a new project...

To register (or create) a project, you need to 'run as administrator' the project administration.

I found this.

I had to log in with the administrator account to create a project.
however, my user account has admin rights (member of the Administrators group) ...
