Alert query problem in AESScreen

Hi,

When alerts filtered as closed in time range (for instance last 24 hours), The error is occurred "Too much data in specified time range or syntax error in filter!"

We are increase maxLinesInQuery parameter on [data] section. But result is same.

How can I find a solution?

Please have a look at the PVSSII.log file to see if a log message is written when the query error occurs.
When you have found a log message please look in the FAQ section if you can find an explanation for it.
