Select default screen

Post by Dag-Are.Trydal@nov.com »

I am trying to get my application to start on a different monitor/screen than my Windows main monitor.

How can this be done in a script rather insted of using the dialog box "Screen selecteion" shown below. I cannot seem to get the msc_ functions to work (msc_movePanel(), msc_movePanel() and msc_moveToPrevScreen()) Image

Best regards, Dag-Are Trydal

If you want to show a panel in a module on a specific position you can define the position at the function ModuleOn() or ModuleOnWithPanel().
With the function getScreenCount() and getScreenSize() you can get the information for the connected screens and their resolution.

Moving an existing (application) module can be done with the function 'moveModule'.

The configuration on which monitors the application is opened, is stored in the '__UiConfiguration.UsedMonitors' data point element of the type '_Ui_Config'.
