PTZ COMMANDS PRESETS

Hello

I´m developing a CCTV system and I´m using Video OA feature, I configure a Video Camera with ONVIF type, at the moment that I will use the presets that I configure with WinCCOA, it doesn´t works, specifically , I configure the camera for use 4 presets and I set this presets with WinCC OA, but when i Call them, only works the first one

I appreciate your help and time to fix my problem

if this issue still exists, please provide additional about the Camera you are using and how you have setup the presets in the camera itself.
