SECS/GEM Gateway
SECS/GEM (SEMI Equipment Communications Standard/Generic Equipment Model) is built upon three SEMI standards E5-0224, E30-0224 and E37-00-0222, where the communication between semiconductor equipment and host system is done via TCP/IP.

- MQTT Publisher

Redundancy

This chapter describes the redundancy behavior of the SECS Gateway.

As for SEMI Standard E37, E30 and E5, equipment does not support redundant connections to the host.

Therefore, the SECS Gateway manager must be started using -connectToRedundantHosts in a redundant system.
