System Tray

The system tray (also known as the notification area) allows applications to show an icon in the taskbar area. Only one system tray icon is supported per UI manager.

The tray icon can:

be shown or hidden
display a tooltip when hovered
provide a context menu with custom actions
show balloon notifications (if supported by the system)

User interactions such as clicks on the tray icon or selection of actions from the context menu can be handled through callback functions.
