the customer wanna upgrade the system .

So, let me know what it is possible to migrate the winccoa 3.12 to 3.17 ??

Yes, it is possible to migrate project from WinCC OA 3.12 to 3.17.

For the upgrade you have order new licenses for WinCC OA 3.17.
