Config Diagnostics

The Event Manager, the Data Manager and all drivers write the number of configs that they are managing in a datapoint of type _Statistics_<Man>Configs, e.g. _Statistics_Configs_Event_0. If a new config or DP is created then this change is not written to the datapoint until after the period in the SecsToRefresh sheet has elapsed. The period is initialized here with the default value from MessageDiagSec, but can be altered independently of the message statistics by changing _Statistics_Configs_Refresh.SecsToRefresh.

The name of this datapoint must not be configurable, because the parameters that it measures are the same on both nodes even in a redundant system.
