WinCC OA Excel Report
WinCC OA Excel Report, is a program extension of MS Excel for integrated data evaluation and protocol generation with WinCC OA archive data. Reports can be created with the WinCC OA Excel Report. Templates are used for the reports. If a report is to be generated over a defined period of time, the system accesses the template and automatically fills it with data from the process database. Reports can also be created, printed and saved on a scheduled basis without requiring user access.

In this tab, you can adjust the settings for inserting datapoints into a template.

With the checkbox "Extended functions" you can specify to which extend functions should be available for inserting datapoints into a template (menu optionTemplate/Insert DP,for further informationsee also Adding a datapoint).

Select datapoints

In this section, you can select which datapoint types can be used in a template.

"All Datapoint types" lists all available datapoint types. The selected datapoint types are listed in "Displayed selection" and will be available for adding data points in a template.
