Hello,
When we run winccilpmon as a service, the loaded project will not start because the logging tells us the project is not registered.
The service is started by a server-account with admin-rights.
The project has been made as new project by the Project Administrator and is set as runnable.
The project can be started manually without any problem.
What can be the cause of this?

Has the service been registered correctly?
For the service you have to point to the config file (and not to the project folder like you would register a project in the "Project Administration").
Example:
"C:\\Siemens\\Automation\\WinCC_OA\\3.16\\bin\\WCCILpmon.exe" -install -set "C:\\WinCC_OA_Proj\\DemoApplication_3.16\\config\\config" 1 -name WINCCOA_DEMO

I have done it exactly on same way.
After removing the project and the service and do it again, it suddenly works although I have no clue why.
