Bulk Editing / Writing through Scripts of Message Catalogs

Hi,

Are there any way to bulk edit or add Message catalogs (more than 1 languages) via control scripting?

The messages catalogs are normal text files, so you can edit/add them just like any other text file.
There are no special control functions to edit/create message catalogs.
