Problem Control extension

I have a control extension that worked in wincc 3.16 patch 1. install patch 3 and now I get this error when starting the project.

"Unexpected state, The Ctrl Extension C:\\3.16\\Repositorio_PacificoTres\\SITHICC_PACIFICO_III\\bin\\CtrlZMQPeaje.dll is not compatible with the current library version 316000 of WinCC OA.

Did you try to recompile the extension ?
Not sure if that is needed but the above does not give enough information.
