Mobile UI version compatibility

Does WinCC OA require the mobile UI client to be the same version as the WinCC OA server? I currently have a customer's system that is running V3.15 p14 and they would like to add mobile ui's. The iOS and andoid downloads are only delivering V3.16 P02 as the update. Does anyone have any feedback?

You can use the Mobile UI of version 3.16 also with a project running WinCC OA 3.15.
When using a Native UI (e.g. a Desktop UI) the client version must fit the server version.

Hello,

I have also a project runninig in v3.15 P07. My client make an upgrade to ios13 and then mobile UI(v3.16 p02) in his tablel stop working.
Is there any incompatibility with ios13??

Are you sure that you are using the Mobile UI version 3.16 P02?
Maybe you can also do an update of the Mobile UI version using the app store.

I tested it on a iOS device running iOS 13 and WinCC OA 3.16.12 app version.
The Mobile UI works without problems.
You can send the log files from the device to the server. Maybe you can see then why it does not work.

You can send the log files by pressing (long tap) the project in the project administration on the mobile device.
