issue with subscription on OPC UA server, WinCC OA 3.16

Dear Sirs,

We have noticed a difference in OPC-UA notification mechanism while migrating from WinCC-OA 3.15 to 3.16.
The minimal setup to reproduce what happens is the following:
1. Having a OPC-UA Server Manager running on WinCC-OA
2. One OPCUA client which subscribes to a datapoint via OPC-UA using subscription type StatusValueTimeStamp.
3. Another OPCUA client (ie: UAExpert) writing this datapoint.

Using WinCC-OA 3.15 the subscriber gets notified only once. Using v3.16 we get 2 notifications very close to each other like if the server was updating the timestamp twice.

N.B: this happens only with subscription type StatusValueTimeStamp and when sending the data from an OPC-UA client (not when doing a dpSet from WinCC-OA).

Is this supposed to happen? Is there a configuration for the server to avoid this behavior?
