Hello,
are there any plans to integrate the ulc ux into the device management in the same way the mobile ui and the desktop ui are integrated?
This would be a very good feature to have as an admin more control about the user which will use the ulc ux as an preferred visu access.

do you have any information for in regards to this topic? In the help it is described that there is something in the pipeline for the ULC UX.

What was changed in Version 3.15?
Due to the increasing demand to furthermore improve security standards, Desktop UI Clients also need to be enabled per default via the device management panel. This can be disabled so clients are automatically enabled although we do not recommend this setting outside of secure networks.
What is the purpose of the Device management?
It adds a further layer of security. Since you can choose individually which remote device - may it be a mobile phone or a remote desktop client - is allowed to connect to your project. This is especially useful if the devices get lost or stolen, since you can revoke access with a single mouse click.
Are all remote connections authorized within the device management?
At the moment (3.15) Mobile UIs and Desktop UIs can be administrated in the device management. ULC UX or the fat client remote UI are planed to be added later."

I had a look at our database and talked to one of our developers.
It is not defined right now when changes will be made for the device management to integrate ULC UX.

thank you for the information.
We think it would be a very helpful feature for user like us. We set up a WinCC OA distributed system which need to be accessible from many different places in the World. Currently we are using the Desktop UI. We deploy the Desktop UI to our colleagues via SCCM and install the application on the machines. In the near future we intend to switch from the desktop ui to the ULC UX but as long as there is no control which machine is connected to the Server and we have not the possibility to disconnect the user machine for example if the machine was stolen I doubt that we can use the ULC UX.
