Changes in PARA disappear when project is running on other operating system

Hello!

Sometimes changes I made in PARA on Windows disappear when I run project on Linux (CentOs). And vice versa. I add new data point elements and configs on one operating system but can't see them on another. It happened with me twice.
What is the problem? Could you help me please?

If the configs are not visible anymore after restarting the project you probably get errors when saving them.
Please check the PVSS_II.log file if there are errors reported.

Thank you for your reply! Actually I didn't see any specific errors in log. I'll try to describe the situation as I see it.
If I start my Windows project on any other Windows computer, everything is OK. But if I start it on Linux computer, the latest changes (new DPE, configs, etc.) are absent.
It seems to me that database was somehow "corrupted" at certain moment in time. And any changes in PARA made after this moment are missing when I run project on Linux computer, but everything is OK on other Windows computers.
