Not able to Download WinCC OA 3.16 - Solution Partner

Hi,

I am Deepak Patel From FOX SOLUTIONS INDIA, we are the Solution Partner for WinCC OA. We have got the WinCC OA Dongle and Shield.txt file for version 3.16. But we don't have Installable set-up for WinCC OA 3.16. Siemens India told to download the same from this portal. But we are not able to download WinCC OA 3.16.

Is there any special authorization required for download? Without WinCC OA 3.16 set-up, we can't do any thing with received dongle & shield.

Please help us to download.
