Hello everybody
When I start the UI, this is automatically stopped shortly thereafter.
There is no error in the log from WCCOAui. Is this known or is there a workaround for it?
Windows 10 1803
WinCC OA 3.15 P12
Greetings Markus

Re: UI Crash
In WinCC OA there are different types of the UI available (UI started within a project by the process monitor) Desktop UI, Mobile UI, ULC UX).
Which one are you using?
Do you see log message in PVSS_II.log file?
Did the problem appear after installiing P012?

Re: UI Crash
I use the UI which starts with the Process Monitor. The log only shows that the manager has ended. The problem also occurred with P010.

Re: UI Crash
Hi,
Is it a remote UI? Does your certificates are ok? Firewall? NTP if remote client is aligned?

Re: UI Crash
I tried again today and it does not crash anymore. Windows could not install the latest update and has undone this. Presumably it was the Windows update.
Many thanks for the help.

Re: UI Crash
If the UI is started using the process monitor you should see at least a log message that the UI is started.
For detailed analysis it might be necessary to activate some debug flags and to send log files which is easier when you are in contact with your common WinCC OA support.
