Hi Guys,
We have a project requirement whereby we need to display the alert panel within an area measuring approximately 1700 x 850 pixels.
I can drag the default Alert Panel to fit but all of the rows scale up hiding the bottom bar, tabs and buttons. Unfortunately this introduces an additional slider bar up the side which needs to be activated to see the bottom of the panel.
Is there a way to either set the panel properties or programmatically enforce no scaling as we need the information at the bottom as well as the column headings available at all times.
Regards,
Joe

Re: Alert Panel scaling
The AEScreen panel does not have a layout.
Therefore the only possibility is to scale the panel with an appropriate zoomFactor to see the complete panel in the module.
Another possibility is to modify the panel in the graphical editor (change the size of objects, move objects) to fit the requested size.

Re: Alert Panel scaling
Many thanks,
I didn't realise we could modify these panels.

Re: Alert Panel scaling
I have modified the AEScreen in the GEDI and it's working very well, however, I am struggling to access the buttons and displays on the tab at the bottom. I'm assuming they're embedded within the tab but haven't been able to access them.

Re: Alert Panel scaling
The panels in the tabs at the bottom are loaded dynamically when opening the AEScreen.
In the tab the panel vision/aes/AEScreenRegBoth.pnl is loaded.

Re: Alert Panel scaling
Many thanks.
Do ETM run any Alert Management specific courses as I'm finding the customisation of the Alert Screen and Alert Row elements particularly frustrating, for instance I have configured two different screen configurations with their own properties which work fine on the Alert Screen, however, when I embed the Alert Row, (AESRow.pnl), into my panels the configuration options I am presented with do not contain the customised configurations I have built.

Joe

Re: Alert Panel scaling
There is no special training for the AEScreen available.
If you attend a CEW training (Certified Engineer Workshop) customer specific questions can be discussed and answered.
Or you can ask for consulting by our Consulting team. Our sales and/or consulting team can give you more detailed information for consulting services and trainings.
If you want to use a configuration in the AESRow you have to define a separate one (panel System Management --> Settings --> A&E Row/Screen --> "Edit Row"). The configuration made for the AEScreen cannot be used in the AESRow.
