when trend 2.0 will be avaliable for 3.15 ( in which patch) ?
Or how it could be used in 3.15 p11 (latest) at the moment?

The Trend features are already in 3.15 since summer last year.
What feature do you want to use ?

I think this is just the lack of documentation in 3.15.
I you have 3.16, use this documentation for the trend features, which should all be available in 3.15 as well.

When looking at the Release Notes --> Features and Release Notes in the documentation for WinCC OA 3.15 you will find the description for new trend features when searching for "Trend - Enhancements".
The trend features are available since WinCC OA 3.15 Patch P007.
