Archive manager has stopped.

I have this problem with an archive manager.

I have a redu-system and it almost runs for a while.
But suddenly one archive manager has stopped.
In the log I see the following error:

WCCILdata (0), 2018.05.07 06:16:33.979, SYS, SEVERE, 39, Connection lost, Send buffer limit exceeded, closing connection to (SYS: 2 Data -num 3 CONN: 1) @ AMEBS01.siemens.lan, [PeerItcIOHandler::sendCall]
WCCILdata (0), 2018.05.07 06:16:33.979, PARAM,INFO, 2, Manager Stop, HistOrgMain, archive is now offline, archive number is:1

What seems to be the problem?

Most of the time the log message that the buffer is exceeded is the last one and something happened before which shows the real cause.
For detailed analysis please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support. The logfiles pmon. and PVSS_II.log for both servers are needed for the analysis.
