Tables Printing

1. I made table with row headers, but when I print table using printTable(), headers are not printed.
Why?
2. In this table I'am using column headers with 2 lines of text. on the screen looks good, but on the paper text not fit in column header field and is cutted.
I didn't found parameter for column header height. Is that parameter existing? Or how print such headers?

Both issues are currently not possible (simply not implemented).
I'll add these into our bugtracker.
