WinCC OA OPERATOR / No data available

I have configured two DPs on the main screen and some DPs in two values groups.

I encountered the following problem : on the first iPhone6 values are displayed correctly but on a second iPhone6 with the same configuration (same url, same user, ...) values are not displayed (No data available). Please see below the screenshot of the second iPhone6. In values group or on widget details i have the same message (trends are not available for widgets on the main screen).

WinCC OA version : 3.15 Patch 10 / WinCC OA OPERATOR : 1.3 on iPhone 6
