strange characters in WebView

hi! Im using WinCC OA version 3.13 patch 16.
I'm using the WebView EWO to view URL.
I'm trying to see a URL that looks good in Internet Explorer, chrome or firefox, but in this EWO appears some 'special characters'.
I send some picture about in a .rar.
The characters are '&bbsp'...and appears aleatory in the page.
