Hi,
If Windows Active directory is down then how would i implement on Wincc OA to raised an alarm to make me aware.

You can maybe use SNMP to get the information if a hardware defect occurs or if some network infrastructure is not reachable.

Hi Leopold Knipp,
Thanks for the quick reply, I am seeking something within WinCC OA where it got some detection features letting me know that my AD is down and need to take some action, rather then rely on third party application.

There is no watchdog functionality available which checks if the AD server is down.
You can maybe implement something on your own, e.g. by using ping in a system call to detect if the machine can be reached over the network.
