Permission to Start StartPanel

Post by juma4 »

Hello

I try to log in with SSO via ULC UX. This works, even if the user is not yet created. (Then he is just created)
However, my startup panel is not displayed to me. The following message appears "You do not have permission to switch on this panel"

In the para I see changes in value that there is no user in the system.

Can someone help me there? Image

Can you please check the settings in the panel topology to see which panel is defined as the start panel.
Does it work when you are using a normal UI and do the login with the same user?

It does not work with the normal UI either. As start panel a panel is defined by me.

Hi,

Did you set up workstation permission accordingly to your visualization permission? Check in panel topology what is your panel visualize required permission and put it into workstation authorization.

From help : "Bit 32 of the workstation authorization must be set in order to use SSO."

I checked the Permission of PanelTopology and WS. Both are the same.
It looks like no User is realy logged in.
