Adding an Alias to a sumalert

Hi

I have an object which receives a DP as a $-parameter named $DP. Inside the object, I placed the $DP in the "acknowledge" script, and when generating the sumalerts, the DP is added automatically to the sumalert of the panel in which this object is used.

Now, I want to adapt this object to accept an alias instead of a DP. Is this possible? I can only add datapoints to the acknowledge list, so I think maybe it is not possible to do this.

Any suggestion?

If an alias shall be added to a summary alert you have to define it "@Aliasname". The @ sign is the information that an alias will follow.
