Why different results for Gedi Option-> Reload CTRL Lib?

Hi,

After doing some changes in any of the libraries it is needed to reload the libraries in order to apply these new changes on the active UIs.

When I execute this option "Reload CTRL Libs" I have the feeling that it is a matter of luck if I have to change the picture I am using in the UI, stop the UI or even restart Gedi completely. I am sure there is a reason why, but I am not sure.

For sure it is needed to close the panel or applications which are using these libraries, but I have also situation for specific Libraries where I need always to close completely Gedi and start it again which makes the engineering a harder.

My actual assumption is that it has something to do with the global variables I am using in this code. Is it right? Which are clues to know in advance if I have to restart the UIs or Gedi completely?
