Hello ETM Team,
is the desktop ui certified to run as an citrix application?
We would like to allow third party clients to get access to our visu. The preferred way is to give the third party clients a cirtix access to our IT infrastructure and as a next step to run the desktop Ui as citrix application.
Kind regards

Re: desktop ui CITRIX certified?
We are not using any terminal server appliciation for the WinCC OA tests. Therefore we cannot tell you if the Desktop-UI works in combination with a Citrix server.
Normally using a terminal server should not be a problem, but without doing the tests there is no guarantee.

Re: desktop ui CITRIX certified?
Hello,
actually there is no certificate existing for using "Citrix" application.
In general it will probably work, but it will not be tested and therefore this concept is currently not supported.
On our side, the issue is on "backlog-list", but without high priority.
best regards,
Andreas
