Installation Failed

Hi,
I'm trying to install WinCC OA p09 (my OS is Windows 10), and the installation fails with the following error code: 1722 (see screenshot attached).
I also tried to install p07 but I get the same error.
Can you please advise on how to solve this issue?

Hello,
Please check in %TEMP% (C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Local\\Temp) for details in logfiles.
Please close all applications incl. oa_help and try to install WinCC_OA 3.15 P009 again.
