error PVSS II OPC Driver

Hi, I've a problem with OPC driver:
I'm collecting data from the physical layer with a Labview application sending via OPCUA server to another virtual machine where is installed a Softing software that makes the translation from UA to DA client. After a short time I've find this error (see atthached images).
When reboot the opc.exe everithing seems to be ok, but after some hour the error appears again.
Any idea of the cause?

The attachment was missing.
Which "opc.exe" have you restarted?

Which WinCC OA version + patch level is installed?

Thank you, I try to attach the screenshot again.
Do you see it now?
Regarding the opc.exe I mean that I acknoweldge the error and the PVSSopc.exe stops and restarts again.
I'm using PVSS 3.8

The OPC driver has stopped due to a problem in the PVSS process.
The exact cause cannot be seen the screenshot.

You can try to install the version PVSS 3.8+SP2 and all patches available for the OPC client.
Maybe the problem is solved then.

Please take into account that the version PVSS 3.8 is no longer officially supported since more than 4 years.

Thank you, where can I dowload the SP2 and the patches? In the download area I've just find patches related with WINCC OA.

In the Download section only the officially supported versions are available.
If you want to get an older version please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support.
