Hello,
We made in GEDI a panel with some TextFields where we use a font Arial - 14 Points.
When we show the panel by a ULC-UX interface (IE) that is connected to a WinCC-OA Webserver project, the font is not take over from the panel.
So it seems that the font on the UI-side is a default font what overrules the font in the panel (so also the font-size).
How can we solve this problem?

Re: Font-Support ULC-UX
I tested it but I cannot see this behaviour, the fonts are displayed correctly.
Do you have a multi language project?
Maybe the fonts have only be defined in one language and all other languages have a default font defined in the panel.
Which WinCC OA version + patch level are you using?

Re: Font-Support ULC-UX
Hello Leopold,
We use WinCC_OA 3.15 patch P006.
We use a Multilanguage project see lines config-file
[general]
pvss_path = "C:/Siemens/Automation/WinCC_OA/3.15"
proj_path = "D:/WinCC_OA/PPG_VFA"
proj_version = "3.15"
langs = "nl_NL.iso88591"
langs = "en_US.iso88591"
mxProxy = "none"
How can I check that a font is defined only in one language?
In the font-properties, the "write-system" is defined to "Any"!
I sent you also a screenshot of a panel opened by GEDI Quicktest and the panel opened by ULC-UX via IE.
The font I used in the panel is "Arial - 14 Points". You can see the font is not active in the ULC-UX.
I hope you can tell me where it goes wrong.

Re: Font-Support ULC-UX
I do not need the screenshots, they are missing in your posting.
In GEDI switch the language and check if the textes are displayed with the correct font in every language.

Re: Font-Support ULC-UX
Leopold,
We were testing with IE version10. So this is not working fine.
I tried it with IE version11, and that is working fine.
In the documentation of WinCC-OA, IE version10 is specified as a supported web browser for ULC-UX.

Re: Font-Support ULC-UX
In an internal document I found the information that IE 11 is the supported browser.
We will clarify it and do an update for the WinCC OA Documentation.
