Hi all,
We have alarm priorities from 1 (high) to 3 (low), which is a reverse of how WinCC OA works by default.
The one place where it trips me up is the device sumalert as it treats a higher number as a higher priority. Is there any way to reverse this behaviour?

No, you cannot change the order of alert priorities in WinCC OA.
A higher number is always used as higher priority.

Is it not an option to fill out your alarm priorities in the 'short sign'?
And use different WinCC OA priorities and only show the short sign in the UI instead of/beside the alert priority.

Already implemented it like that, seem to be the only option
