Unable to set default template in Panel Topology

My problem is that when I opeen Panel Topology in System Management the Screen Parameterization screen is always displayed. No matter which template I choose or if i check the "Use as default configuration" option this screen always reappears afterwards when I open Panel topology again. Also when i click the parameterization button of a screen I always get the message "A default configuration is missing" (see Screenshot) so I also can't parameterize a single screen any further. I searched the help and the forum but I couldn't find something helpful. I am not that experienced with WinCC OA yet so I would be glad for any help. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

please check if some errors are reported at the log-viewer/log-files when you try to configure the panel-topology.
Afterwards please refer to the common WinCC OA support with detailled information concerning this problem (WinCC OA-version, operating system, error-messages, ....).
