web client configuration using different internal and external IPv4 addresses

Post by NFedorenko »

Hello to all

Got a problem:
I need to connect from external LAN using webclient to my system.
But my event and data manager on host use another net.

Is there any special configs i need to check?

When i try co connect at first time, web client see my host and says that device shoud be authorised.
On host in device manager I give a permisson to that machine.

After I got a problem:

What could be incorrect.

P.S. sorry for hiding system name and IP =) Image

Some new info about problem.

Web-client can connect to host.
I turned on -dbg HTTP on ctrl manager webclient_http.ctl
I can see http messages on host.
Host send some info to web-client, but when web-client try to connect to data manager causing a problem with connection.

Host is in another domain. All another computers in domain can connect by web-client to target host and everything works good.
But not from another domain.

The most rediculous is that web-client connects to host and download some files and info from host.

Is there any ideas?

In the first stage the client downloads the config file from the server.
This config file is then used to connect to the data and event managers.

To use a different address for the webclients you copy the config file to 'config.webclient' and change the data, event and mxproxy settings.
