Windows server installation error

Good day I hope you all are doing well ,

I am facing an issue while trying to install on windows server 2012 , such that the installation failed the error say : " Error during installation of package Netfx461 Redist".

Hello,
which version do you want to install?
Is Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed correctly on your system (uninstall or change a program)?
Please check in %TEMP% (C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Local\\Temp) for details in logfiles.
Have you tried to uninstall some existing "vcredist" before? (e.g. Microsoft_Visual_Studio_2010_x64_Redist).

Thanks we have solved it , the issue was in the windows server update we have installed an update then upgrade the .net framework .
