Win CC OA bacnet engineering problem

Hi,

Please see the attached video that demonstrates a problem in engineering explorer , its that once there is an alarm of bacnet object and i acknowledge it , the off normal acked bit turns to 1 but the border of the object remains blinking as if it is not acknowledged and the alert screen too shows the alarm as not acknowledged . But once I shut down the project and start it again , the issue is solved and the border is not blinking .Please help ?

I cannot find the attached video.
Maybe you can just add a screenshot where we can see which panel you are talking about. If this information is sufficient we do not need a video.
