How to display a Panel Reference on top of a Push Button

Hi all,

I am trying to display a Panel Reference object on top of a Push Button but the panel is always hidden in the back. I have tried the options "bring to front" and "send to back" with no luck.

Is there a way to make the panel object visible on top of a Push Button?

A complex graphic object is always in front of primitive objects. In that case "bring to front"/"send to back" cannot be used to change the visibility of objects.
This is also valid when inserting references, then the objects for the reference are drawn based on the saem rules.
