WinCC OA Excel Report problem

Hello. We have a problem with WinCC OA Excel Report - about once or twice in a month the report module hangs with the error "Err Unable to read the entries. Insufficient system resources.". Reports are generated automatically on a schedule, sequentially, one by one. Reports have up to 260 tags. There are no other programs at this time, system resources of the server are free. This happens at two different stations and requires our constant monitoring, restoration of missed reports.
WinCC OA 3.14 P008 on Windows 7 x64, Excel 2007 x32.

You have to check the system ressources while the Excel report is trying to generate the report. Once the dialog is opened the condition which lead to insufficient system ressources is probably gone.
To track the system ressources you can also use the Windows Performance Monitor, see the following FAQ:

In your case you also have to include Excel at the list of counters.

Hello. I attach the report of Windows Performance Monitor. Here you can see that system resources are sufficient. % processot load of Excel (yellow on the screenshot) counted too much, total processor load not higher than 15%, per core not higher than 60%.
